A multi-dairy starch and fiber digestibility study in the High Plains

Jessica Nolt is a Senior at Iowa State University pursuing a degree in Agricultural Business. She was born and raised on the East Coast on her parent’s eighty cow dairy farm, but in the spring of 2017 her family dispersed of the herd and relocated to Hartley, Texas. This past summer she was a Dairy Production Intern for AgriVision where she expanded her knowledge and experience of the day-to-day tasks that consist at large scale operations. While at school, Jessica is actively involved in the Agricultural Business Club, as well as the Dairy Science Club where she currently holds an Executive Position. After graduation this December, she will venture out into the real world with the goal of being back on the farm where she can learn the ropes to one day mange a large-scale dairy farm.
